Our goal is to educate and empower you on the proper use and installation of your car seat. As dedicated Nationally Certified Child Restraint Systems Technicians we research constantly, liaise with fellow technicians across North America, and consult with Transport Canada on a regular basis. The Canada Safety Council indicates motor vehicle collisions as the leading killer of Alberta's children. Each year, approximately 35 occupants younger than 15 are killed, and another 1900 are injured. Unfortunately, up to 90% of car seats are used and/or installed incorrectly putting children at tremendous risk. Correctly used and installed, car seats are extremely effective in preventing injury, reducing the risk of death by 71%, hospitalizations by 67%, and minor injuries by 50%.
